“Ricardo, the owner himself came out to do the initial viewing of the garage doors I had on a house I closed on. They were both very old wooden heavy doors. He looked at the doors, realized right away that the doors were actually different sizes and gave me a reasonable quote to replace both doors. The day after the doors arrived, he had the old doors/rails/hardware removed and the new doors up and running. Would definitely recommend.”

“I called Rick on Saturday morning because my garage door would not go up. He asked me to send him a couple of pictures, and got right back to me with his diagnosis. He stated that he would be out between noon and 2 PM, and was here by 12:30. He determined that only one spring was required. He left the second on the bar and charged me only $200. He said to call him in seven or eight years when the first one wears out. Highly recommended!”

“We just got our "Italian living room" installed. It's a screen door for the garage door that we can put up and down. The customer service was fantastic and Monroe door put it up super fast. We ordered it and had it installed within a week and a half. It only took a couple hours to install as well. Our garage door was outdated so we also got a new set up with wifi access, keypad access and a safety beam. We absolutely LOVE everything they did. The prices were beyond reasonable and fair.”
